As our reputation continues to grow and demand for Retrofit Assessments increases throughout the UK, we are seeking to expand our team of TRUSTED retrofit assessors on a self-employed basis. Our aim is to provide support for a number of projects in Wales and its surrounding counties.
We are seeking independent assessors who are not linked to a specific installer and are interested in accessing more work. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable and rapidly growing company with the potential to earn in line with your own work/life obligations.

What we need from you.......
- To already hold a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) accreditation & PAS2035: Retrofit Assessment accreditation as a minimum.
- To deliver a whole building approach to the retrofit process, considering the home, environment, occupancy, and the householders/customers improvement objectives.
- Be able to produce a high-quality Retrofit assessments in line with current accreditation guidelines and conventions.
- Produce a retrofit assessment using the PAS Hub app and be accredited with ECMK or have experience using this software.
- Be familiar and be able to undertake technical surveys along with completion the various ECO documents (when required by our clients) within the PAS Hub app.
- Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding.
- Be able to use a borescope to check for existence of CWI & DPC.
- Be committed to a high standard of Health and safety, and customer care.
